Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and resolution of transport disputes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of delivery proof dossiers for accounting purposes.
  • Support the ADV teams in monitoring the transport plan.
  • Handle ad-hoc transport requests including Press, Express, and VIC.
  • Monitor and control transport backlog in collaboration with the Data Analyst.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and carriers to address transport backlog issues.
  • Provide visibility to other departments regarding their shipments.
  • Participate in enhancing the delivery tracking process in Europe with the Data Analyst.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving Express transport performance.
  • Assist the Manager in refining current procedures.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in transport or international trade.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills.

Skills

Problem-solving aptitude. Agility and adaptability to manage both short-term operations and long-term organizational development. Strong communication skills and team spirit. Fluency in English.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing a degree from BAC+2 to BAC+5 in transport or international trade.
