Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and benchmark services and offerings.
  • Manage procurement projects including specification definition, supplier sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and deployment in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Participate in tender processes: assist in drafting specifications, send consultation files to suppliers, analyze offers, and make recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing the Indirect Procurement mapping of the company.
  • Select high-performing suppliers, evaluate and manage their results and compliance in coordination with Compliance, CSR, Security, Legal, and Finance departments.
  • Aid in the management and reporting of the Procurement department using implemented tools.
  • Regularly monitor actions and projects and measure their performance using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
  • Propose innovative solutions to advance procurement strategy in these categories.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university program with a specialization in Procurement.
  • Prior experience in procurement is advantageous.

Skills

Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Autonomous and proactive. Versatile and organized. Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint. Excellent service orientation and communication skills. Fluent in French and English.

Experience

Entry-level experience with a preference for candidates with some exposure to procurement processes.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
