Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and checking references.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing necessary documentation, and managing integration activities within the company.
  • Provide support in managing employee relations, answering questions, and offering assistance regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and HR effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Degree in humanities, economics, or law, preferably with a specialization in human resources.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
