Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Leather Goods and Accessories Training team to develop and implement training tools and materials for international retail teams.
- Participate in the execution of seasonal collection trainings across various categories, including leather goods, jewelry, eyewear, and home products, for international training teams.
- Assist in establishing and animating the leather goods ambassador community across different regions, including the creation of newsletters, animation tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to the writing of digital articles on relevant categories.
- Support the creation and publication of digital content for leather goods and accessories outlets in coordination with the digital team.
- Participate in collection launch showrooms.
- Coordinate the translation of various content available on the digital application.
- Assist in organizing and managing the logistics of training sessions, including materials, product/tool preparation, venue and catering reservations, room setup, and supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac+3)

Entry-level; previous experience in a marketing or training department is appreciated.
