Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual commercial performance reports across retail, wholesale and e‑commerce, highlighting trends, anomalies and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage distribution of retail reporting for corporate, regional and boutique locations, including store sales, budgets, revisions, bonus goals, sales associate productivity, traffic, conversion and other KPIs.
  • Serve as a central data resource for commercial teams: guide stakeholders through complex data sources, articulate data limitations and frame analytical questions to generate relevant insights.
  • Partner with data engineering and business intelligence teams to troubleshoot data issues, enhance data pipelines and ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
  • Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic decision making (revenue growth initiatives, traffic optimization, content performance, partnership assessment) and prepare executive presentations for business reviews.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends and growth opportunities and translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience; prior experience in retail performance analysis or within the luxury/fashion sector preferred.
  • Background in retail, planning or finance strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with PowerBI; skilled with reporting systems and distribution workflows.
  • Exceptional analytical rigor, strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear recommendations.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and retail teams.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, flexibility to work retail hours including evenings/weekends, and willingness to travel as required.

Experience
