Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including BI, Merchandising, and Omnichannel, on customer insights.
  • Conduct both ad hoc and recurring studies on customer behavior.
  • Support the implementation of CRM data use cases such as marketing automation, direct activation, data collection, and design optimization using AB testing to enhance strategic channel performance.
  • Proactively recommend data use cases based on data analysis.
  • Create a monthly CRM dashboard for central and regional stakeholders.
  • Analyze the impact of CRM actions (campaigns, challenges) and present findings effectively.
  • Define and test new KPIs for implementation in Power BI dashboards.
  • Ensure data quality and KPI consistency.
  • Develop documentation on best practices and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in data analysis.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Dataiku is an advantage.
  • Experience in luxury, fashion, or retail is a plus.

Experience
