Client and Stock Advisor

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and advise clients, delivering personalised service and product storytelling consistent with the Maison’s identity.
• Drive sales through consultative selling, cross-selling complementary items and contributing to store targets.
• Manage all stockroom operations: receipt of deliveries, quality control, packaging and storage with strict adherence to internal procedures.
• Process transfers, replenishments and integrations of product on the shop floor to ensure availability and merchandised presentation.
• Plan and execute regular rotating inventories and prepare statutory (tax) inventories in collaboration with the manager and head office.
• Identify and investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions with management.
• Support operational store life: visual merchandising, after‑sales service, customer bookings and administrative tasks related to stock.
• Act as an ambassador of the brand, embodying CELINE’s spirit through professionalism, discretion and creativity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales within the fashion or luxury sector, with demonstrable retail and stockroom responsibilities.
• Fluency in Italian and English; an additional language is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, rigor and attention to detail, particularly in inventory and stock control procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Comfortable with digital tools; experience with CEGID preferred.

Minimum three years of hands-on sales experience in the fashion or luxury retail sector, including responsibility for stockroom operations, inventory control and customer-facing duties.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or luxury management advantageous.
