Celine is hiring a Client Advisor in Zhengzhou, China — full‑time retail role focused on exceptional client service and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized level of customer service to build long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales objectives through consultative selling, cross‑selling and up‑selling.
- Respond promptly and tactfully to customer enquiries across channels and manage transaction follow‑through at the cashier.
- Proactively contact existing and prospective clients to inform them of store events, launches and services.
- Support daily store operations including stock‑taking, replenishment, receiving new arrivals and maintaining sales floor presentation.
- Assist with visual merchandising, window and in‑store displays to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Provide operational support for in‑store events and ensure compliance with health, safety and store security procedures.
Qualifications
- College diploma or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; retail experience preferred and luxury retail experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in Mandarin; additional language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated customer‑service orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional demeanour, good fashion sense and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
