Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions.
  • Maintain store operations including stock taking, replenishing, and cleaning the sales floor.
  • Support merchandising and visual display efforts.
  • Assist with in-store events and enforce safety, health, and security regulations.

Qualifications

  • College degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player. Service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Tactful in handling customers and independent in work. Good fashion sense and fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

Education

College degree or higher.
