Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
- Adhere strictly to company policies.
- Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
- Assist in general housekeeping and maintaining the store's image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Proficiency in computer use and ability to learn various software packages.
