Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and expand a personal client book.
- Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in maintaining the store's image and general housekeeping.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
- Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.
- Existing client book is strongly preferred.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
