Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and maintain relevant customer information for database entry.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels, including email and personalized notes.
  • Maintain and expand a client book, ensuring consistent follow-up on client-related issues.
  • Assist with general housekeeping and maintain the store's image.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various software packages.

Skills

Strong client book management skills preferred. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
