Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions at the cashier counter.
  • Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding store events.
  • Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor cleaning.
  • Assist with merchandising new arrivals and in-store events.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
  • Enforce safety, health, and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above.

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player. Service-oriented with good communication skills. Tactful in handling customers. Possesses good fashion sense. Ability to work independently.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury business.
