Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential clients regarding store events.
- Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor maintenance.
- Assist with merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
