Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales and transaction values.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and maintain customer information for database entry.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain a client book.
  • Follow up consistently on client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
  • Assist in store maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and software applications.

Skills

Possession of a client book is highly preferred. Strong desire to work in retail with a focus on sales. Passion for luxury products and design appreciation. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs. Customer-focused with a strong service orientation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
