Celine seeks a Client Advisor in Santa Clara (Valley Fair) — full‑time retail role at $23–$26/hr.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives through proactive clienteling and sales execution.
  • Apply expert product knowledge to maximize conversion, units per transaction and average transaction value.
  • Build, maintain and expand a personal client book through personalised outreach (email, phone, notes) and in‑store events.
  • Capture and update accurate client data in the CRM/database and follow up on shipping, alterations and client inquiries.
  • Support store visual standards, housekeeping and the overall boutique image.
  • Assist with inventory control, receiving, shipping and other operational tasks as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and brand protocols, including store security and loss prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets; candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn and use POS, CRM and other retail software packages.
  • Service‑oriented with a demonstrated focus on exceptional client experience and relationship building.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
