CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Prague — 6‑month full‑time contract, delivering luxury client service and driving sales.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding individual and collective sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective cross‑selling.
  • Deliver exemplary client experiences by welcoming, advising and servicing clients with personalised clienteling and product storytelling to cultivate long‑term loyalty.
  • Maintain impeccable visual standards and personal presentation to reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and brand image.
  • Support operational excellence by complying with internal procedures, inventory and loss‑prevention protocols, and ensuring smooth daily store operations.
  • Foster a collaborative team spirit, sharing product knowledge and supporting colleagues to meet shared objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Demonstrable commercial mindset with strong product knowledge and a client‑centred approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, adaptability, initiative and a service orientation.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.

Experience

At least 1 year of professional experience in sales within the fashion or luxury industry, with proven ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships.

Education
