CELINE is hiring a Sales Advisor in Paris (Temporary) — 5‑month full‑time role delivering exceptional client experiences for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and contribute to achievement of point‑of‑sale targets through proactive client acquisition and conversion.
  • Welcome, advise and deliver exceptional, personalised experiences to clientele while sharing expert product knowledge.
  • Identify and propose complementary products; apply upselling and cross‑selling techniques to increase average transaction value.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and contribute to client retention and recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure impeccable presentation and upkeep of the boutique (visual merchandising, replenishment, transfers, stock management).
  • Support after‑sales service operations and adhere to internal procedures, guidelines and quality standards.
  • Participate in the store’s digital evolution and act as an ambassador for the CELINE brand and group values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ professional experience in sales within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Strong product and fashion sensitivity with demonstrable knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
  • Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver highly personalised service exceeding expectations.
  • Commercial drive with a taste for targets and collaborative achievement of objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: initiative, service orientation, curiosity, empathy and adaptability.
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.

Experience

At least 2 years of hands‑on sales experience in the fashion or luxury sector, preferably within boutique or flagship store environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury hospitality is advantageous.
