CELINE Client Advisor — SoHo, New York. Full-time retail role at CELINE, hourly pay $19–$26.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives.
- Integrate product knowledge throughout the sales process to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Build, maintain and expand a personal client book; capture and enter all relevant customer information into the CRM/database.
- Promote store events and client outreach through email, phone and personalised communications.
- Manage client follow-up concerning shipments, alterations and post‑sales service issues.
- Support store presentation and housekeeping to uphold the brand image.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory control tasks as requested.
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum three years' retail experience with a demonstrable focus on sales; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Existing client book strongly preferred.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various retail software packages.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
