Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, including consignment objectives.
- Apply deep product knowledge to maximize sales conversion, units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Develop, maintain and expand a personal client book through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Capture and update accurate customer information in the CRM/database and promote store events via email, phone and personalized communications.
- Manage client follow-up for shipping, alterations and any post‑sale issues to ensure exceptional service.
- Support store operations including shipping & receiving, inventory control and adherence to visual and housekeeping standards.
- Comply with all company policies and brand standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail sales; menswear experience preferred.
- Existing client book strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated sales orientation with a track record of meeting targets.
- Passion for luxury product and an appreciation for design and craftsmanship.
- Tech‑savvy with ability to learn and use CRM, POS and other retail software.
- Service‑focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language skills considered an asset; authorized to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in menswear and ideally with an existing client book.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
