CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Hamburg (6-month fixed-term) to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and expert product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling, follow-ups and tailored service.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce clients to complementary products across CELINE’s collections to maximise revenue.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience by providing authoritative product knowledge and compelling brand storytelling.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues, supporting collective goals and sharing best practices.
- Maintain operational excellence by adhering to internal procedures, ensuring compliance and supporting smooth store operations.
- Uphold the Maison’s image through impeccable personal presentation and attention to visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch (nl) and English (en) — both spoken and written.
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within fashion or the luxury sector.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Client-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- High standards of personal presentation, discretion and brand-appropriate conduct.
- Adaptability, initiative and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment; commitment to compliance and CSR.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in retail, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry, with proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in retail, fashion or luxury goods preferred.
