Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Oversee transactions at the cashier counter.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential customers regarding store events.
  • Assist with stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
  • Support merchandising of new arrivals and in-store events.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and product displays.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • College degree or higher.

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player. Service-oriented with excellent customer handling skills. Strong communication abilities. Good fashion sense. Ability to work independently. Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

Education

College degree or higher.
