Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Oversee transactions at the cashier counter.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential clients regarding store events.
  • Assist in stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness.
  • Support merchandising of new arrivals.
  • Contribute to in-store events and visual merchandising displays.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • College degree or higher.

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player. Service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Tactful in customer interactions. Strong fashion sense. Ability to work independently. Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with retail experience and a background in the luxury sector.

Education

College degree or higher.
