Role & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions at the cashier counter.
- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding store events.
- Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor cleanliness.
- Assist with merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
- Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
Qualifications
- College degree or above.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.
