Role & Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions at the cashier counter.
Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding store events.
Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor cleanliness.
Assist with merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
Enforce safety, health, and security rules.

Qualifications

College degree or above.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Retail experience preferred.
Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player. Service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Tactful in handling customers with good fashion sense. Ability to work independently. Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

Education

College degree or higher.
