Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maximize sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Oversee transactions at the cashier counter.
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing and potential clients regarding store events.
- Assist with stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor.
- Support merchandising of new arrivals.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of in-store events.
- Aid in visual merchandising and product display.
- Adhere to safety, health, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with retail and luxury business experience.
