Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to enhance the sales process, maximizing sales, units per transaction, and transaction value.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and record relevant customer information for database entry.
  • Promote store events through various communication channels including email, phone, and personalized notes.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Consistently follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
  • Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and the ability to learn various software packages.

Skills

Possession of a client book is strongly preferred. Desire to work in a retail environment with a focus on sales. Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs. Service-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a retail setting, focusing on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
