Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
  • Adhere to all company policies.
  • Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
  • Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, and other client-related issues.
  • Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of store image.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.

Skills

Strong client book preferred. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use various software programs. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment with a focus on sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
