Business Planner — EME Zone
CELINE — Business Planner, EME Zone in Paris. Permanent Supply Chain role focusing on forecasting, distribution planning and Anaplan/Power BI transformation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly sales forecasting process for the EME zone, incorporating market specificities, events and both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Prepare and facilitate the monthly Sales Plan review with the central Business Planning team and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Define and implement KPIs to measure forecast accuracy, sales performance and seasonal product management to support commercial steering.
- Own and animate the Best Estimate process in close collaboration with Zone Merchandising and Finance.
- Coordinate preparation of buying sessions and size purchasing envelopes (Open to Buy) together with the central Business Planning team.
- Validate the balance of the zone Sales Plan and approve purchase ambitions in partnership with Merchandising.
- Be responsible for distribution planning for Women's Accessories and Second Life categories, ensuring product availability across Retail and Digital channels.
- Manage monthly rebalancing to optimise sell-through of seasonal products and collaborate with stores and merchandising to maintain breadth and depth of stock.
- Act as a key contributor to the Anaplan Business Planning transformation and lead improvements to data and reporting tools, notably Power BI.
Qualifications
- Degree from an engineering or business school; specialization in supply chain preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales forecasting, business planning or demand planning.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- High numerical literacy with proven ability to manipulate and validate large datasets.
- Organised, autonomous, flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong interpersonal skills and commercial sensibility for luxury product.

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in sales forecasting, business planning or demand planning, preferably within fashion, luxury goods or a retail/omnichannel environment.
Education
Degree from an engineering or business school; a supply chain specialization is ideal.
