Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor weekly stock levels against target stocks in various zones.
  • Analyze key performance indicators such as monthly consumption, availability rates, and stock coverage.
  • Identify reproduction needs and conduct quarterly reviews of target stocks in zones.
  • Define needs and support production for other packaging.
  • Provide operational support including monitoring deliveries and payments.
  • Input purchase orders into the ERP system and update ordering tools with prices and visuals.
  • Coordinate new product launches with image and product teams.
  • Monitor stocks and identify reproduction needs.
  • Analyze non-commercial product assortments and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Define institutional packaging forecasts bi-annually.
  • Continuously improve supply chain processes by enhancing existing files/reports and introducing new tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Interest in fashion, luxury, and retail.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Microsoft Office. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy. Customer service orientation and team spirit. Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in supply chain management.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
