Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the organization of the fabric purchasing division for collections.
  • Create and reference both new and existing fabrics, including material codes and technical sheets.
  • Monitor orders following the artistic director's selection and approved developments, including order creation, dispatch to suppliers, delivery tracking, and supplier follow-ups.
  • Ensure the PLM software is updated with fabric sheets, including material references, current pricing, seasonal color openings, and material book card editions.
  • Analyze available stock levels.
  • Assist in coordinating administrative and logistical operations related to stock for material reception and registration.
  • Manage daily material dyeing requests.
  • Generate and distribute the daily POWERBI report to relevant teams.
  • Oversee updates to the COLOR BOOK.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university program.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and positive attitude. Fluency in French and English; Italian is an advantage.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
