Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators.
- Prepare monthly follow-up meetings with quality directors and regional teams.
- Assist in managing specific after-sales service requests, including product recalls and quality expertise follow-ups.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of supplier process audits.
- Support quality teams in handling customer complaints through analysis, categorization, and action planning.
- Document and update after-sale quality processes, including destruction, storage guidelines, and warehouse quality control.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, university, or equivalent program.
- Previous internship or gap year experience.
Skills
Experience
A first experience in after-sales service, quality, or production is advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, university, or equivalent.
