Cartier in Paris seeks a Supply Planner (permanent) to manage forecasts, inventory and supplier coordination for its luxury operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply plans to meet demand forecasts while optimising inventory and service levels across channels.
- Translate sales forecasts into purchase orders and replenishment plans, taking into account lead times, safety stock and production constraints.
- Monitor inventory KPIs (service level, stock turns, obsolescence) and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Production, Quality, Logistics and Purchasing to align supply decisions with commercial priorities.
- Manage supplier relationships and delivery performance, escalating risks and proposing mitigation plans for supply disruptions.
- Support S&OP cycles and contribute to scenario planning, capacity balancing and promotional supply strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses to inform stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to analyse complex data and turn insights into actionable supply decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a dynamic, high‑standards environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Detail‑oriented with a structured approach to processes, documentation and exception management.
- Fluency in standard planning methodologies (forecasting, safety stock, lead‑time analysis) and a continuous improvement mindset.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in supply planning, inventory management or demand planning, ideally within luxury goods, fashion or jewellery and in an international sourcing environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
