Role & Responsibilities
- Support the supply and procurement team for the perfumes product line: create and follow up on purchase orders, monitor deliveries and ensure product availability across channels.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records, update stock reports and trigger replenishment actions to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines; liaise with suppliers, logistics and quality teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare operational reports and KPIs for the supply chain team; contribute to S&OP cycles and weekly cadence meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to procurement: invoice reconciliation, documentation control and supplier file maintenance.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in replenishment and order follow-up.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong analytical aptitude with comfort handling numerical data and producing concise reports.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple operational priorities.
- Professional manner, proactive attitude and capacity to work collaboratively across commercial, production and logistics teams.
- Proven ability to use spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.

Experience
Previous internships or practical experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics are advantageous but not mandatory; the role is intended for candidates seeking a structured alternance/apprenticeship placement.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university or grande école supply chain, logistics, procurement, or business programme (Bachelor's or Master's level).
