Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers enjoy a delightful and memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain store presentation and product displays in accordance with company standards.
- Participate actively in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and inventory management.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Support in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail, with a preference for jewelry and watch expertise.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store needs.
