Purchasing Transformation Intern (POS & Visual Merchandising)
Cartier — Paris: Internship (Purchasing Transformation Intern, POS & Visual Merchandising) starting July 2026. Support procurement transformation for store displays.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the transformation programme for purchasing of POS (PLV) and store display (SDP) materials, including process redesign and implementation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects with Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance to deploy new purchasing standards and specifications.
- Assist in supplier selection, qualification and performance follow‑up; prepare RFIs/RFPs and maintain vendor documentation.
- Analyse purchasing data and costs to identify optimisation opportunities and propose sourcing levers, including sustainability considerations.
- Prepare clear executive summaries, dashboards and presentations for project stewards and senior stakeholders.
- Track project timelines, deliverables and purchase orders; support change management and process rollout at retail level.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, Luxury Management, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Available to start in July 2026 for an internship placement; committed to the full internship period as required by academic regulations.
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel skills and ability to manage and visualise data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Interest in retail operations, visual merchandising and sustainable sourcing practices.
Skills
Experience
Early‑career candidate or current student with internship experience or academic projects in procurement, supply chain or retail operations; prior exposure to sourcing or supplier engagement is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, Luxury Management, Engineering or equivalent).
