Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the roll‑out and harmonisation of product standardization initiatives across categories, ensuring adherence to established data models and nomenclatures.
  • Maintain and cleanse product master data in collaboration with merchandising, development, quality and sourcing teams; perform data quality audits and gap analyses.
  • Prepare and update standards documentation, process maps and work instructions for PIM/PLM usage and product attribute governance.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional project tasks and follow up on action items with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive timely implementation.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards to monitor standardization progress, data quality KPIs and project milestones.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of product data configurations within PLM/PIM environments.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in engineering, industrial management, supply chain, business, product design or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage structured datasets.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Practical experience in project coordination gained through internships or academic projects.
  • Professional proficiency in French and working proficiency in English preferred.
  • Availability for a full‑time internship in Paris for the duration required by the academic programme.

Experience

Internship‑level: prior internships or academic projects in product data management, merchandising, supply chain or project coordination are advantageous; typically 0–2 years of relevant experience.
