Cartier seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate at Selfridges in London — deliver luxury client service and drive sales for an iconic Maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, concierge-level client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Actively engage customers on the Selfridges sales floor; achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation consistent with Cartier brand guidelines.
- Manage stock, receipts and returns; ensure accurate point-of-sale transactions and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Support clienteling activities including appointment scheduling, follow-ups and aftercare communications.
- Collaborate with the boutique team on events, product launches and client outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre customer service in a luxury retail environment.
- Calm, professional demeanour when selling high-value jewellery and watches; discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation.
- Availability to work a minimum of three days per week including weekends and public holidays as required by department store trading patterns.
- Right to work in the UK.

Experience
Typically requires 1–2 years of direct experience in luxury retail or premium-brand sales; prior exposure to fine jewellery or watch categories is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational qualifications in retail, hospitality or luxury brand management advantageous.
