Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of paid and owned media campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day interactions with external agencies, media vendors and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of creative assets and media buys.
- Manage campaign trafficking and ad‑server setup; ensure creative tagging, naming conventions and QA prior to launch.
- Monitor campaign performance and populate weekly and monthly performance reports; highlight trends and optimisation opportunities against KPIs.
- Maintain the media calendar, budget trackers and project timelines; escalate risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Contribute to briefing materials, post‑campaign analyses and presentation decks for senior stakeholders.
- Support market research and competitive media analysis to inform channel strategy and tactical recommendations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in luxury goods, brand marketing and media planning.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proactive communicator able to work with agency partners and cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise performance data into clear, actionable insights.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or project experience in media agencies, digital marketing teams or marketing departments preferred; demonstrable academic projects or freelance work in media planning, campaign reporting or digital advertising is valued.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing or a related field.
