Cartier Management Controller
Cartier — Management Controller role in Paris. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis for the Maison.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary for commercial and operational stakeholders.
- Drive the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles, consolidating inputs from business units and ensuring timely delivery to Group standards.
- Develop and maintain KPIs and financial dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
- Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses, scenario modelling and business case reviews to support initiatives and capital expenditures.
- Control and reconcile cost centres, monitor margins and implement cost‑control measures in partnership with finance business partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and alignment with Group reporting policies; support audit and month‑end close activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation projects to increase efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; Master's degree in Finance or a business school diploma preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, ACCA, DSCG) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical rigour, attention to detail and the ability to synthesise complex financial information into concise management insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence cross‑functional teams and present to senior management.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years minimum in management control, corporate finance or financial planning & analysis, ideally within retail, luxury goods, jewellery or consumer goods companies. Proven track record delivering reporting cycles, forecasts and commercial analyses.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; Master's degree or advanced business qualification preferred.
