Cartier seeks a Management Controller in Le Locle, Switzerland to lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting for its operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, consolidate and present monthly management reporting and executive dashboards for the Le Locle site and related business units.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling-plan processes; produce variance analysis and scenario modelling to support operational decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyse cost drivers, product and process margins, and inventory-related metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial, supply-chain and manufacturing teams to translate business plans into financial KPIs and ensure financial discipline.
  • Support month-end close activities and liaise with Group Finance for reporting alignment and financial consolidation requirements.
  • Design, maintain and automate reporting tools and controls to improve accuracy, timeliness and transparency of financial information.
  • Validate business cases, capital projects and investment proposals through financial modelling and sensitivity analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; Master’s degree or professional accounting qualification is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capability with focus on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for designing KPIs and operational dashboards to drive business performance.
  • High level of integrity and familiarity with internal control frameworks and corporate reporting requirements.

Experience

Approximately 3–5 years of progressive management control, FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally within luxury goods, watchmaking, manufacturing or retail environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; Master's degree or professional accounting certification preferred.
