Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of components and finished goods, ensuring on‑time delivery and compliance with quality and security standards.
  • Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation activities for manufacturing and distribution sites, including cycle counts and variance investigations.
  • Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers to arrange transport, customs clearance and insurance.
  • Prepare and control logistics documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents, export/import declarations) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, lead times, stock accuracy), produce regular reports and recommend process improvements to increase reliability and reduce cost.
  • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, quality and retail teams to prioritise shipments and resolve supply‑chain disruptions.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of WMS/ERP processes, including data integrity, master‑data management and user support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, business administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional proficiency in French; business English highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms applicable to import/export operations.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and proven capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; experience working across production and commercial teams.

Experience

Typically 2–5 years' experience in logistics, transport coordination or supply‑chain operations; experience in luxury goods, watchmaking or high‑value product environments preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification in logistics, supply chain, business or related field; relevant professional certifications advantageous.
