Junior Business Analyst — Special Orders (Alternance)
Cartier in Paris seeks a Junior Business Analyst — Special Orders (Alternance) to support bespoke order processing, data analysis and cross‑functional coordination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end processing of special and bespoke orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal procedures.
- Analyse order data to identify bottlenecks, trends and opportunities for process optimisation across supply chain and client services.
- Prepare operational and management reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses to inform stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams — sales, atelier, production planning, logistics and quality — to monitor order progress and resolve exceptions.
- Document and refine workflows, SOPs and control points for bespoke order management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in functional testing for process or system changes and support user adoption through clear documentation and training aids.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent (required for alternance).
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience in data manipulation and reporting (academic projects, internships or coursework).
- Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professional communication skills and ability to liaise with cross-functional, multilingual teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn luxury industry processes and bespoke order workflows.
Skills
Experience
Academic projects, internships or 0–2 years' experience in business analysis, operations, order management or supply chain; prior exposure to luxury retail or bespoke product workflows is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary degree program (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent; alternance/apprenticeship-compatible program required.
