Cartier in Paris seeks an International VIP Experience Project Intern (Stage, July 2026) to support global VIP activations and client events.

Overview

Cartier is a preeminent maisons of high jewellery and watchmaking, widely recognised for its heritage craftsmanship and refined aesthetics. Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end delivery of international VIP activations and client experiences, from concepting through execution and post‑event analysis.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders across marketing, retail, PR and regional teams to ensure alignment of objectives, timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage logistical elements including venue liaison, supplier briefings, timing schedules, guest lists, invitations and on‑site operations support.
  • Prepare project documentation: briefs, run‑sheets, status reports, budget trackers and post‑activity performance summaries.
  • Assist with vendor selection, requests for proposals, and contract follow‑up under the guidance of senior project leads.
  • Support preparation of client communications, presentation materials and executive summaries for internal review and brand stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Luxury Management, Marketing, Events, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and detailed operational tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished presentation and stakeholder‑management capability.
  • Proactive, discreet and client‑oriented manner with a professional approach to high‑profile events and VIP relationships.
  • Flexibility to work occasional extended hours and travel as required for on‑site activations (domestic and international).
  • Prior internship experience in events, luxury retail or experiential marketing is advantageous.

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate related academic training and/or prior internship exposure to events, retail activations or luxury client programmes. Hands‑on internship experience in project coordination or event delivery is a strong plus.

Education

Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree (Luxury Management, Marketing, Events, Communications or similar).
