Role & Responsibilities
- Support the International VIP Experience team in the end-to-end coordination of hospitality and gifting projects for high‑value clients and events.
- Assist with project planning: timelines, procurement requests, vendor briefings, and logistical coordination across markets.
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents and creative mock-ups for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Track budgets, invoice reconciliation and basic reporting to ensure financial compliance for assigned projects.
- Liaise with retail, communication, travel and local event teams to align guest lists, itineraries and on-site requirements.
- Contribute to post‑event debriefs, performance metrics and recommendations to enhance future VIP activations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Luxury Management, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to manage concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident preparing executive-level presentations.
- Professional demeanor suitable for interaction with VIP clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive team player with curiosity for the luxury hospitality and gifting landscape.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience (or equivalent) in events, hospitality, luxury retail, client experience or marketing is strongly preferred; international exposure or experience supporting cross‑border projects is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Luxury Management, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, Communications or similar).
