Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for international e‑commerce category development initiatives, from concept and assortment planning to market rollout and post-launch optimisation.
  • Define category strategies and roadmaps in partnership with buying, merchandising, digital, CRM and commercial operations teams to maximise conversion, AOV and lifetime value.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors, setting timelines, milestones, risk mitigation plans and quality standards to ensure timely international launches.
  • Translate commercial requirements into clear product, content and UX specifications for platform and technical teams; prioritise backlog and manage trade‑offs.
  • Monitor category performance through KPIs and analytics; deliver actionable insights and iterative recommendations to improve assortment mix, navigation and merchandising.
  • Ensure localisation and compliance of product content, pricing and promotions across markets; oversee catalogue integrity and taxonomy governance.
  • Manage project budgets, vendor contracts and resource allocation while maintaining alignment with brand positioning and luxury customer experience standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvement for cross‑border e‑commerce operations, introducing best practices and scalable workflows for category management.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management capability with strong planning, stakeholder management and governance skills.
  • Solid commercial acumen with understanding of assortment planning, pricing mechanics and online merchandising.
  • Excellent analytical skills; able to translate data into commercial actions and present results succinctly to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multinational rollouts and manage external partners and technical teams.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or another market language advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and experience working within luxury or premium retail/e‑commerce contexts preferred.

Experience
