Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the international construction coordination team in the execution of boutique fit‑outs and refurbishment projects.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, schedules and milestone reports to ensure timely delivery against program objectives.
  • Prepare and organise technical documentation, drawings and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project managers, local contractors, suppliers and internal design teams to facilitate information flow and resolve on‑site issues.
  • Assist in quality control checks to ensure compliance with brand standards, technical specifications and local regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to budget follow‑ups and procurement tracking by collating invoices and supplier documentation when requested.
  • Coordinate logistics for site visits, meetings and travel for international stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a tertiary programme in architecture, civil engineering, construction/project management or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation for client and supplier interactions.
  • Capacity to work effectively within multicultural, cross‑functional teams and to adapt to international time zones and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning project management tools.

Experience
