Industrial Operations Coordinator — Perfumes
Cartier — Paris: Industrial Operations Coordinator, Perfumes (fixed-term contract). Coordinate industrialisation and production transfers for fragrance launches.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate industrialisation and scale-up of new and renewed perfume products from development to production release, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and timelines.
- Serve as the primary interface between R&D/formulation, packaging development, quality assurance, regulatory, procurement and external suppliers to drive project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain technical files, manufacturing specifications, quality agreements and transfer dossiers for production sites and contract manufacturers.
- Monitor production trials, validate process parameters and track corrective actions to ensure product conformity and on-time commercial launch.
- Manage project schedules, escalate risks, report progress to the Industrial/Operations management and participate in cross-functional steering committees.
- Support supplier qualification, audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing, packaging and logistics for perfume SKUs.
- Control industrial costs and support budget tracking for packaging tooling, pilot runs and transfer activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in chemical engineering, cosmetic science, industrial engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Solid understanding of cosmetic/perfume manufacturing processes, packaging technologies and relevant regulatory constraints.
- Strong project management capability with demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder industrial transfers.
- Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to technical specifications, quality documentation and process validation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of professional experience in industrialisation, production coordination or manufacturing operations within cosmetics, fragrances or fast-moving consumer goods, including experience managing transfers to contract manufacturers.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
