Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process: screen CVs, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with precision and confidentiality.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments and administrative documents under HR team supervision.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including induction logistics and documentation.
  • Assist payroll and social charges administration by preparing required files and liaising with payroll providers.
  • Support training administration: schedule sessions, track attendance and update training records.
  • Produce recurring HR reports and basic analyses (headcount, turnover, absences) to inform HR operations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a recognised work‑study program or apprenticeship in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Eligibility for an alternance contract (French work‑study/apprenticeship framework).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills; professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder setting.

Experience
