Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HSE team in the delivery and roll-out of HSE projects across Paris sites, ensuring milestones, documentation and stakeholder follow‑up are maintained.
- Contribute to risk assessments, safety inspections and workplace audits; propose corrective actions and track implementation.
- Assist in incident reporting and root‑cause analyses, compiling lessons learned and updating prevention measures.
- Support environmental monitoring and compliance activities, including waste management, energy and water use reporting.
- Prepare materials for training sessions, awareness campaigns and HSE communications for operational teams.
- Collect, analyse and consolidate HSE KPI data; maintain registers and technical documentation to support regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal functions (operations, facilities, procurement) and external providers to support project execution.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in HSE, Environmental Engineering, Quality‑Health‑Safety‑Environment (QHSE) or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks and to meet project deadlines.
- Good analytical abilities and attention to detail for audit, reporting and data consolidation activities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and training support.
- Autonomy, curiosity and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach suited to a fast‑moving operational environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship experience or project work in HSE, environmental compliance, or facilities safety is desirable but not mandatory; academic projects demonstrating applied HSE competencies are acceptable.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, QHSE, Occupational Health & Safety, or a closely related field.
