Role & Responsibilities
- Support the finished‑goods planning process: assist with demand translation into supply plans, replenishment and inventory optimisation for boutiques and wholesale channels.
- Maintain and update planning tools and master data (stock positions, SKU attributes, safety stock levels) to ensure accuracy of forecasts and orders.
- Prepare and analyse regular reports and KPIs (stock turn, coverage, ageing) to identify risks and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate order follow‑up and delivery schedules with production, logistics and retail teams; escalate critical issues to planners and managers.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and system usage.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship track).
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when handling numerical data.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Effective communicator and team player, comfortable liaising with operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and standard planning methods; commercial awareness of retail supply constraints is an asset.

Experience
No specific professional experience required; previous internships or part‑time roles in supply chain, logistics or retail planning are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent, within an alternance/apprenticeship framework.
